摘  要:采用室内实验方法,研究了不同浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0 mg.L-1)亚硝酸钠在不同处理时间(24、48、72、96 h)对鲫鱼肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,0.5 mg.L-1和1.0mg.L-1处理组在4 d暴露中,丙二醛含量平稳增加,差异不显著,2.0 mg.L-1和3.0 mg.L-1处理组,在4 d的暴露中,丙二醛含量增加明显,暴露后96 h显著升高,表明肝脏过氧化程度加深;(2)各处理组的T-AOC在暴露48 h后均表现出增加,且增加量与处理浓度呈正相关,在暴露后的72 h和96 h,0.5 mg.L-1和1.0 mg.L-1处理组T-AOC仍保持增加,反映此时鲫鱼肝脏仍有抗氧化物质储备或产生,但对于2.0 mg.L-1和3.0 mg.L-1处理组,在暴露后72 h,T-AOC水平均明显下降,但仍高于对照组,在96 h,T-AOC水平已低于对照组,说明此时抗氧化物质已经逐渐衰竭,抗氧化保护机制已受到明显损害。This study investigated the effects of sodium nitrite of different concentrations(0.5,2.0,3.0 mg·L^(-1)) on Malondialdehyde(MDA) content and total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC) in the liver of Carassius auratus,under the exposure of 24,48,72,96 h.The results demonstrated that:(1) compared with the control group,the content of MDA in 0.5 mg·L^(-1) and 1.0 mg·L^(-1) dose groups increased steadily and insignificantly during the 4 days,whereas the content of MDA in 2.0 mg·L^(-1) and 3.0 mg·L^(-1) dose groups increased a lot during the same 4 days.A significant increase of the content of MDA after the exposure of 96 h showed that an increase in Lipid peroxidation.(2) T-AOC of the 4 dose goups increased after the exposure of 48 h,with a positive correlation between the increased T-AOC and the concentration.TAOC in 0.5 mg·L^(-1) and 1.0 mg·L^(-1) dose groups remained increasing after the exposure of 72 h and 96 h,which showed that antioxidative substances were still reserved or produced.Whereas the level of T-AOC in 2.0 mg·L^(-1) and 3.0 mg·L^(-1) dose groups,after the exposure of 72 h,decreased significantly but was still higher than that of the control group.After the exposure of 96 h,the level of T-AOC was lower than that of the control group,which indicated that antioxidative substances were less active and the antioxidative system had been obviously damaged.
