摘　　要：Internet连接了全球的计算机,它为人们提供了分享数据、图片、影像甚至实时影像的机会,但与远程地点的真实交互是离不开机器人这样的职能设备的。遥编程技术的提出为这些问题的解决开辟了一条很有希望的道路。应用这一技术,实现了一个基于Web的机器人遥操作实验系统。Internet connects computers all over the world and provides people with chances to share data, pictures, videoes even real-time videos. But it's impossible to get real interaction with distant places without such intelligent devices as robots. The tele-programming technology helps to find a promising way to solve these problems. A world wide Web controlled robotic system is realized by applying tele-programming technology.
