摘　　要：目的观察三种酸蚀处理剂对牙体酸蚀处理后牙体表面的扫描电镜的图像特征。方法制作牙釉质-牙本质薄片,每一薄片分成三份,分别用EDTA、有机酸、磷酸处理30秒后,冲洗,固定,喷金后用扫描电镜观察。结果三种酸蚀处理剂都对牙釉质牙本质起到清洁作用,35%磷酸对牙釉质作用最佳,有机酸对牙本质处理最好。结论三种酸蚀处理剂中没有一种能同时对牙釉质、牙本质都达到最佳的处理效果。Objective To observe image of the teeth surface by SEM after etching them using three different acid etching agent. Methods To make enamel and dentin sections,then to divide every section into three part and to acid etch every part 20 seconds with three different agents: EDTA,organic acid,35%phosphoric acid.To rinse them with distilled water for 5 minutes,then to fix them up and to spill golden and to be observe by SEM.
