摘　　要：研究了高校教学质量保障与监控体系的内涵、目标和构建原则,分析了电子科技大学本科教学质量监控体系的结构与运行机制,详细介绍了该校教学质量监控体系的运行情况和实施效果,对高校教学质量保障与监控机制的目标定位和运行模式进行了研究与探索。This paper studies the concept,the aim and the construction rules of control and supervisory system on higher education and analyses the structure and execution of control and supervisory system on undergraduate education.This paper also studies the effect of control and supervisory system and investigates the anticipation goal and execution model of such system.
