摘　　要：全面贯彻新的普通高校体育教育指导纲要精神,改变传统高校体育教学中存在的问题,转变旧的体育教育思想和观念,结合实际,在体育课中组织安排课程内容结构、课外活动以及课程评估等方面进行改革,做到锐意创新,以高质量的高等教育迎接新世纪的挑战,为国家培养德智体美的,适应社会需求的复合型人才。Analysing the the existing circumstances of physical education in high schools, the author insists something must be done to reform and quiken it. So combining the realization of UESTC, there will be many innovations and methods for transformations in each side, such as the stucture of curriculums, extracurricular activities, and assessment to curriculums. All this is for upbriong of composite manpowers for the country , who will adjust the society need better.
