摘　　要：提高科研水平,培养优秀科研人才,一直是高等学校的一个长期而又重要的目标。笔者阐述了依托 科研项目等方面的教学研究,采用多种形式,拓宽与国际著名科研机构的合作渠道,在优势互补、共同提高的前 提下,进行生物与农业工程专业工程仿生交叉学科高层次人才素质教育与创新能力培养的实践。It is a long term target of the Key Laboratory to heighten the levers of elementary study, and talent cultivation of science and technology by means of international cooperation. The practices of diathesis education and talent cultivation, in the laboratory, are described in presented paper including to widen the channels of international cooperation for implementing high lever teaching in the crossing and mixing among different disciplines.
