干地黄提取物A对胃黏膜血流量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨干地黄提取物A对胃黏膜血流的影响及其机制。方法分别向正常大鼠、辣椒素去神经大鼠和阿托品阻断胆碱能神经大鼠胃内灌注干地黄提取物A液,用激光多普勒微循环血流计测定胃黏膜血流量。结果干地黄提取物A液使正常大鼠胃黏膜血流量明显增多,但不能使去神经大鼠和阻断胆碱能神经大鼠胃黏膜血流量增多。结论干地黄通过辣椒素敏感神经元和胆碱能神经介导,引起胃黏膜血流量增多。Objective To explore the effect and its mechanism of extract A of dried Radix Rehmanniae (DRR)on gastric mucosal blood flow.Methods Extract A of DRR was given by gastrogavage to normal,capsai- cin denervated,atropine blocked acetylcholingic rats.Gastric mucosal blood flow was determined by laser doppler microcirculation hemodromograph.Results The gastric mucosal blood flow was obviously increased by extract A of DRR,but it could not increase the gastric mucosal blood flow in capsaicin denervated and atropin...
