摘　　要：教师教育是教育链条上极其重要的环节,只有造就一流的师资队伍,充分发挥教师在治学方面的主导作用,才能达到“高层次、高素质、多样化、创造性”的人才培养目标。Teachers education is very important.In order to reach the training goal,the University must cultivate the world-class teachers and let the teachers play the leading role in teaching.
