摘　　要：在高校后勤改革进程中应引入学习型组织理论,努力探索具有高校教育特质、又具有现代企业管理内涵的新型后勤企业模式。本文结合我校后勤集团改革实践,对如何创建学习型高校后勤企业从四个方面进行了探讨。In the course of reform of logistic corporations in universities, the theory of study-type organization should be introduced and a great effort should be made to seek a new mode of logistic cor-poration which not only has feature of higher education, but also has new connotation of modern en-terprise management, In the light of the pratice of the logistic corporation reform in our university, this paper explores the way of establishing a study-type logistic enterprise in four aspects.
