机械压力机工作状态在线监控的研究

摘　　要：建立了由各种传感器、微型计算机、数据采集与处理模块、数模转换模块和气动执行元件等组成的JH23-63型机械压力机工作状态参数的计算机监控系统。该监控系统可实现对离合器接合过程、制动器制动过程及锻冲工件过程中滑块与离合器与制动器气缸活塞的位移、主动和从动轴的转速、锻冲力、离合器与制动器气缸内气压等工作状态参数的在线监测,进一步对试验结果进行了分析。从而为对该机械压力机在工业实际中的使用及其控制性能的提高奠定了坚实的基础。The computer system of monitoring the dynamic parameters of a mechanical press JH23—63 is established, which is composed of the computer, the module of data acquisition and processing, the module of A/D and D/A data conversion, pneumatic implement components. By means of applying the computer monitoring system, the principal dynamic parameters of the press, such as the rotational speed of the active and slave axis, the pneumatic pressure of the cylinder, the displacement of the slide block and the forging & stamping force, can be monitored in the course of clutch engagement and brake operation. Furthermore, the experiment results are analyzed. Thereby the solid foundation is laid for the mechanical press applied in the future practice production.
