摘　　要：兴趣既是实现终身体育的关键一环,又是学生学习动力之一。如何培养学生的体育兴趣,使体育变成他们内心的 自发的需求,是搞好体育教学、提高教学质量,实现终身体育不可或缺的因素。本文针对体育教学中,如何结合学生实 际采取相应手段,激发学生自觉性积极性,为稳定学生自觉的体育兴趣作进一步探讨。Interest is not only the essential link of realizing lifelong physical culture but also is one motive of students study .So how to cultivate students interests and make physical education become their spontaneous requirement is the indispensable factor of doing a good job of physical education and improving education quality and realizing lifelong physical culture.
