摘　　要：健身健美操运动是高校体育教学和校园体育文化活动中的一个项目,在校园文化建设中越来越显示出它的重要 性。充分发挥其特性、开发其育人、健心功能,树立"健康第一"的主导思想,营造最优化的育人环境,为大学生提供 了社会实践的条件。在大学校园这个学校与社会接轨的实践环境里,使他们摆脱了单纯受教育的地位,转而以自我为主 体,培养"终身体育"的思想意识,终身受益。Aerobics sports, which is an item of university sports teaching and cultural activity,sp orts of campus, plays a more and more important role in the cultural construction of the campus, Gi ving full play to its charactics and developing its function of educating people,good for psyc hology can establish the leading thought of "health the first" build the optimum environment for the education of people and offer the condition of social work to college students.
