摘　　要：“发展才是硬道理”。高等教育只有发展才能顺应时代的潮流 ,求得生存并为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的人才 ,为全面建设小康社会作贡献。新升本科院校当前非常重要的任务就是抓住机遇 ,实现学校的跨越式发展。观念制约着人们的一切行为 ,这一批“升班马”要实现学校的跨越式发展 。Development is the absolute principle.”To be on demand, the higher educationa l institutions have to be developed in order to meet the challenge of existence, to cultivate qualified intellectuals for the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to make contributions to the all-round development of the s ociety. As for the newly founded 4-year program universities, the main task at p resent is to grasp the opportunity to accelerate the development in a leaping ov er way. However, all the human behaviors are inevitably limited by the concepts. So, to realize the development of universities of such kind, updating the educa tional concepts is of vital importance.
