食药用菌生长发育与营养环境条件关系的研究进展

摘　　要：食药用菌的生长发育依赖于营养物质和环境条件两方面 ,营养物质主要包括 :碳源 (糖类、木质类、秸秆类 )、氮源及无机盐(矿物质 ) ,并探讨最佳物质营养成分和构成比例 ;环境条件包括 :温度、含水量、酸碱度、光照等 。The growth of edible and medical fungi lies on two sides, the nutriment and the environment conditions. The nutriment mostly includes: carbon sources(sugars, wood, straws and stalks), nitrogen sources and abio-salt(mineral). And the best composing proportion of nutriments was studied. The environment conditions include temperature, water condition, acidity, illumination, and the best environment condition was discussed.
