摘　　要：分析传统的最低成本加快方法在实际应用中的不足,提出一种新的最低成本加快方法----人机对话模式与相应的算法。The defect of the traditional compression of time at least cost in project management was analyzed in this paper,on this basis a new model for compress time at least cost--man-machine interaction and relative algorithm were put forward.
