摘  要:解放军第 16 0医院 5年来采取人事代理制方式 ,引进地方高等院校本科毕业生在院作为职员医师 ,充实临床第一线技术力量 ,解决了军队小医院编制小、人才不足的问题 ,促进了医院人才建设发展 ,为实现“保障有力”In order to solve the problem of shortage of technical manpower in small military hospitals under new urcumstance, many local talents graduated from universities and colleges were fetcched into the No 160 military hospital in the form of the personnel agency system in the past five years. These graduates were all taken as functionary physicians resulted in improving technical forces of the hospital. The import of talents by personnel agency system enhanced the development of technical talents in the hospital and established the foundation for realizing the aim of safeguard and support trenchantly of logistic service in PLA.
