摘　　要：介绍了用于光波导与光纤耦合对接的微操作系统的构成,并对该系统的若干关键技术进行了讨论,包括微操作机构设计、系统标定、视觉伺服系统、微光功率检测控制系统、光功率搜索的路径规划以及微流量进给系统等。提出了构筑该系统的注意事项和解决方案。The structure of the micromanipulators system for the coupling and splicing of fiber to optical waveguide is discussed. Some key issues are also analyzed, such as the design of micromanipulator, calibration, visual servo system, detecting and controlling system of micro-optical power, searching strategy, micro-injection system, etc. And several highlights are given about the system.
