摘　　要：《刑事诉讼法学网络课程》是中国教育部“新世纪网络课程建设工程”第一批立项资助的唯一的法学项目。介绍了该课程的教学设计思想、设计方法、系统结构和课程特色 ,探讨了网络课程设计中遇到的问题 ,并对通过网络课程引导学生带着问题自主学习的实践进行了初步的总结。The Online Course of Criminal Procedure is the only legal project among the first series of projects funded by the \%Online Course Construction in the New Century\% program, which is launched by the Ministry of Education PRC This article provides an introduction to the ideas and methods employed in the design of this course. The systematic structure, futures of this course and problems we encountered during the process of designing such a course are also discussed Finally, it presents a primary summery to the practice of guiding the students to self_study with their own questions while the online course is employed.
