摘　　要：本文主要介绍了联合国欧洲经济委员会(United Nations Economic Commission for Europe,UNECE)鸭肉标准与国际贸易关系,UNECE鸭肉标准的定义,产品命名和分割的方法。This paper mainly introduces the relationship between the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Standard for duck meat and international trade, the definition of the UNECE Standard for duck meat and the name of duck meat product and the method of segmentation.
