加强高等职业教育企业文化渗透的思考

摘　　要：基于高等职业教育发展的"零距离"就业趋势要求,分析了企业文化对企业的重要意义和作用,提出了高职教育企业文化渗透必要性并分析了原因,从专业调研、校企合作、课堂教学、校园文化等方面分析了实施的途径,最后认为高职院校的发展必须有强烈的企业文化渗透的意识,改革创新意识,并加强校企合作。Base on the request of the" zero distance" in obtaining employment of higher vocaitonal education’s development, this paper analyses the fundamentality and function of corporate culture ,proposed that the essentiality of pervasiving corporate culture through higher vocational education, and analysed the reason, propsed serval methodes such as investigation of industry, cooperate with corporation,calss teaching and college culture.The author finally concludes that in order to develop the higher vocational ed...
