摘　　要：根据体育院校大学生的实际情况 ,以培养 2 1世纪全面发展的高素质复合型人才为目标 ,积极改革成都体育学院的教育、教学体系 ,探索了以培养大学生创新精神和实践能力为重点 ,塑造“成体人”形象工程的体系结构 ,在理论和实践上取得良好效果 ,对于高等体育学校推行素质教育改革有一定借鉴价值。From the situation of P.E college students, our institute takes high quality versatile personnel as the target to cultivate for 21st century. In order to reform our education and teaching system, The authors probe into the systematic structure of establishing 'Faculty in Chengdu Institute of P.E' image project to cultivate students' innovational essence and practical ability. Through the outcome of theory and practice, it provides certain value for quality education in higher institutes.
