关于中小学体育教师继续教育的思考

摘　　要：通过文献资料法和调查访问法，针对中小学体育教师继续教育工作实践及教育事业的发展，探讨了中小学体育教师进行继续教育的必要性和可行性，并提出了培训模式、课程设置、培训师资队伍建设与培养等建议，为中小学体育教师继续教育工作提供了理论和实践的参考。Aiming at development of educational project and working practice of continued education for physical edu- cation teachers of primary and middle school, by methods of literature and investigation, the paper elucidates the ne- cessity and feasibility of continued education for physical education teachers of primary and middle school, airs their opinion at the training mode, curriculum setting and its module, training personnel constructing and fostering and existing problem and provides some concrete proposal. The aim is to supply theoretic and practical basis for continued education for physical education teachers of primary and middle school.
