山东省中学体育师资现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：综合运用各种调查法 ,对山东省中学体育师资现状进行抽样调查。结果显示 :中学体育师资队伍与山东省学校体育发展是“大致相适应”而不是“完全适应” ,中学体育教师队伍整体年龄、职称结构趋于合理 ,中学体育教师队伍学历达标率比其它学科偏低 ,中学体育教师的地位和待遇有所提高和改善。根据现状分析结果 ,针对现实问题提出了What described in this article was the sample survey of the current situation of P.E.teachers in middle schools of Shandong based on various investigations.Conclusions were that:the status of P.E. teachers in middle school suiting the development of school physical education in Shandong roughly but not completely;the structures of the ages and the titles of technical post of the P.E. teachers tending to be more reasonable ;the rate of qualified record of formal schooling of the P.E.teschers being lower than that of other subjecfs ;the ranks and the status of P.E.teachers having been improved .According to the results,five strategies and suggestions were put forward for the current problems.
