中外优秀女子跳远运动员有关技术参数的运动学研究

摘　　要：通过对中外优秀女子跳远运动员有关技术参数的对比分析 ,认为提高我国运动员的绝对速度、增大腾起的垂直速度和角度、获得腾起初速度和腾起角度的最佳匹配是提高其跳远成绩的主要途径。Researches on the comparison of the related technical parameters between the Chinese and the foreign elite female long jumpers show that the main ways of improving long jump results are as follows:raising the absolute speed,increasing the angle of take off,and obtaining the optimum match between the initial velocity of take off and the angle of take off.
