摘　　要：我国中小学生学习负担过重,既与激烈的升学竞争和就业竞争息息相关,又与人们的人才观念和就业观念紧密联系。要切实减轻学生过重学习负担,就必须在正确理解"减负"实质,端正思想、消除顾虑、增强现实条件下"减负"信心和决心的同时,深入剖析导致学生学习负担过重的原因,了解"减负"工作的难度,做好持久战的思想和行为准备。The load of students in primary and middle schools is too much,which is related to the fierce competition in enrollment and employment, and also related to people s talent view and employment view.Lightening students load we must correctly understand its essence,set the ideas to the rights,dispel misgivings.While heightening our confidence in lightening students load under the practical condition we should deeply analyse the reason for it,understand the difficulties of lightening students load,and prepar...
