摘　　要：跨国公司在华投资成功很大程度上依赖于当地合资伙伴的选择。本文研究了合资伙伴的种种选择标准,这些标准对在华跨国公司的生存与发展十分重要。其中主要强调三类标准:战略标准,组织标准和财务标准。如果合资伙伴具有优秀的战略特征,但是缺乏好的组织和财务特征,合资企业就不稳定。如果合资伙伴具备合适的组织特征,而无相应的战略和财务能力,合资企业可能亏损。如果伙伴具有杰出的财务实力,但欠缺战略和组织特征,合资企业也许难以持久。凡在华成功的跨国企业,其关键之一就是运用了正确的选择标准,选择了优秀的合资伙伴。he investment success of trans-corporations in China depends on the selection of the local joint-venture partner.The text studied all sorts of selection standards of joint-venture partner,these standards are very important in survival and development of the trans-corporation in China.Three kinds of standards were mainly emphasized: Strategic standard,organizational standard and financial standard.If joint-venture partner has outstanding strategic feature,but lacks the good organization and financial feature...
