摘　　要：为了探讨基于A-TIG焊的焊缝跟踪技术,根据A-TIG焊的电弧电压特性,建立了A-TIG焊在焊接过程的电弧电压数学模型,确定利用积分差值方法为其焊缝跟踪方法,利用Matlab/Sim-ulink建立A-TIG焊的焊缝跟踪仿真模型.建模仿真结果表明,所获得波形与实际测量结果一致,从而验证了所建立的电弧电压数学模型的正确性.研究结果为实现A-TIG焊缝跟踪提供理论指导.In order to discuss the seam-tracking technology based on A-TIG welding,from the arc voltage characteristics of A-TIG welding,an arc voltage mathematical model of the process of A-TIG welding was built,and the integration differential method of seam-tracking was used,then a simulation model of the seam-tracking of A-TIG welding with Matlab/Simulink was built.The waveform got by modeling and simulation is consistent with the actual measurement which proves that the arc voltage mathematical model is suitable ...
