摘　　要：采用气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法分别对食用油脂中BHA,BHT,TBHQ等3种抗氧化剂进行定性定量分析.气相色谱法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,加标回收率为86.85%~109.95%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.38%,检出限在0.19~0.74μg之间;液相色谱法的线性相关系数为0.999 8,加标回收率为85.5%~107.1%,相对标准偏差小于1%.2种方法都具有检测快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、前处理简单等优点.The quantitative analysis of phenol antioxidants butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA),butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)and tertiary butylhy droquinone(TBHQ)in edible oil by GC and HPLC was studied.The result of GC chromatography shows that the linear correlations for BHA,BHT and TBHQ were respectively.The recoveries of the three compositions were 0.999 9,and the relative standard deviation was 86.85%～109.95%.The determination by HPLC shows that the linear correlations for the three compositions were 0.999 8,the recove...
