牙颌组织三维数字化建模技术研究

摘　　要：研究目的寻求基于CT图像重建牙颌组织数字化三维模型及可视化方法。方法基于牙颌组织的螺旋CT图像,利用Mimics,Gomagic Studio软件分别对牙齿及牙周组织进行重建,并导入有限元分析软件进行模型验证。结果建立了牙颌组织三维数字模型,包括牙齿、牙周模和牙槽骨。数字模型可输出用作CAD(计算机辅助设计)、RP(快速成型)及FEA(有限元分析)研究。结论利用该方法建立的三维模型具有很好的视觉效果和数学求解能力;螺旋CT、Dicom标准的应用使数字模型的建立更为精确;Mimics软件、Geomagic Studio软件使牙齿及牙周组织三维模型的建立更为方便,并可以输出多种格式的数字化模型用于进一步研究。Objective To establish a digital model of reconstruction and three-dimensional visualization of dental cast from CT images.Methods Based on helical CT images of dental cast,the dental and periodontal tissue were reconstructed with the Mimics software and Geomagic Studio software,followed by validation of this model using finite element analysis software.Results The established three-dimensional digital model of dental cast included the teeth,periodontal membrane and alveolar bone.The output result of the di...
