摘　　要：诉讼效益是指从诉讼成本与收益的比例关系出发,以最少的诉讼成本投入,获得最大的收益。测评诉讼投入与产出的标准涉及经济与非经济两个价值体系,且影响诉讼成本与效益的因素多种多样。总的说来与社会经济文化环境具有密切联系。This paper holds the opinion that the beneficial result of litigation refers to obtaining maximum output with minimum input of liligation based on the proportion of the cost of litigation to the benefit of it.The criteria for assessing the input and output of litigation involves ecnomical and non-economical value systems.Moreover,their are various elements affecting the cost and benefit of litigation.To boil it down,these elements are closely related to the environment of the social economy and culture.
