模糊多级评价在知识管理水平评估中的应用

摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济时代,知识管理是知识经济时代企业崭新的管理模式。准确地认识企业的现有知识管理水平,才能为改善企业的知识管理状况提供充分的依据。本文针对知识管理水平评价的定量方法不足,引入模糊多级综合评价,并用实例说明了该方法用于企业知识管理水平评价是可行的、实用的,从而为企业知识管理水平的定量评价提供了一种新方法。21th century is the era of knowledge-based economy, and knowledge management(KM) is a new management mode of the era. To estimate the existing level of enterprise KM is very important for improving the present situations. But there are no quantitative methods used to evaluate the level. This paper aims at them and introduces fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method into the field. And the case study proves the usefulness and feasibility of the method. Thus it offers a new method to assess the level of KM quantitatively.
