摘　　要：本文在分析建筑业企业核心竞争力概念的基础上,结合当前建筑市场环境和建筑行业的发展趋势,给出了建筑业企业核心竞争力的识别框架和评价指标,建立了基于模糊聚类的建筑业企业核心竞争力的评价方法。为了说明该评价体系的适应性和有效性,文章给出了一个仿真算例。Based on the analysis of the core competence of construction enterprises,which is a systemic anatomy of current construction market and industry,an identifying method for the core competence of construction enterprises is given out in this paper. An evaluating model based on fuzzy clustering algorithms is also proposed. At last,in order to illustrate the applicability availability of this evaluation system,a simulate example is carried out in this paper.
