摘　　要：政府在学生贷款事务中发挥主导作用是世界各国比较普遍的做法。但在我国,政府对学生贷款事务的参与度并不高。本文从学生贷款水平、管理绩效和社会效果三方面构建了政府参与学生贷款事务的评价指标,并在分析我国学生贷款问题的基础上提出对策建议。It is common that the government paays the maun role in the operation of Student Loan Scheme in many countries.However,in our country,the gocernment participates in the SLS far insuffciently.This paper constructs the indicators for evaluation in the lvev of student loan,this paprt proper provides some strategies and suggestions.
