摘 要:目的:观察金樱子鲜汁对小鼠抗疲劳功能和抗缺氧能力的影响以及对高脂大鼠血脂的影响。方法:1.采用强迫游泳法测定小鼠的游泳和力竭游泳时间;常压耐缺氧法测定小鼠的存活时间。并采血测定BUN.GLU.LDH.CK.BLA.2.以0.15,0.10,0.05mL/10g/d剂量的金樱子鲜汁连续给大鼠灌胃35d并于第36d采血测定TC,TG,HDL-C含量。结果:金樱子鲜汁连续灌胃给药能显著延长大鼠的游泳时间和常压缺氧下的存活时间,能明显降低大鼠血清胆醇,甘油三脂和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结论:金樱子鲜汁具有增强小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,具有明显降血脂功能。objective:To observe the effects of Rosa juice on anti-fatigue and oxygen-absence resistance in mice as well as cholesterol reducing in high-lipid rats.Methods:1 the Survival time of mice under anoxia and the swimming sustained time by anti-hypoxia under normal pressure and compelled swimming were recorded.Blood test BUN/GLU/LDH/CK/BLA were performed.2 The rats were continually given Rosa juice for 35 days at the dose of 0.15、0.10、0.05mL/10g/d.The content of TC,TG and HDL-C were examined on 36th day.Results...
