关于新时期高校师德建设的几点思考

摘　　要：师德是教师最重要的素质,要明确新时期高校师德建设的内涵和基本要求,针对高校师德建设的现状及存在问题,通过健全领导体制和工作机制、创新师德教育的内容与方法、制定并执行科学的师德规范、建立科学的师德考核评价体系、营造优良的师德师风和校园环境等举措来加强高校师德建设。Teacher ethics is the most important quality of teacher.In order to improve teacher ethics in colleges and universities,we should clarify the contents and requirements of the construction of teacher ethics in the new era,improve the leading mechanism and work mechanism,innovate the methods and standards of the construction of teacher ethics,establish scientific evaluation system and build up good circumstance in campuses.
