摘　　要：每个人都具有舞蹈的能力,因为舞蹈起源于人体的动作。然而,舞蹈表演则需要进行一定的后天学习和培养,才能艺术化地表现出来。要认识和体验舞蹈作品,提高舞蹈表演能力,就应该运用一定的手段和方法,如元素训练、舞蹈小品训练、音乐欣赏等等。Everyone has the ability of dance inborn,because dance is developed from human s behavior and nobody could live without it.However,the performence of dance needs certain practice,which make dance performing artistically.The dance is an inner activity bat the performence teaching is an inner training.How to make students understand and have a deep insight with the works? We must use everything learned to serve for the works and show it.
