摘　　要：研究生创新教育是一个复杂的系统工程,研究生招生是这一系统工程的起始环节。对研究生创新教育的要求、研究生教育的特点、我国现行研究生招生模式的不足等方面进行分析,借鉴美国研究生招生模式,从改革试题的命制方式、适当调整考试科目、加大招生单位的招生自主权等方面对我国现行的研究生招生进行改革和创新,可以推动研究生创新教育的发展。Postgraduate innovative education is a very complicated system project. Student enrollment is the first step in the system. This paper analyzes the requirements of postgraduate innovative education, the characteristics of postgraduate education and the defects in the present postgraduate enrollment mode. Suggestions put forward for the enrollment reform include adapting test paper design, reselection of the subjects tested, increase the autonomy of the university, etc, with a view to promoting the development of postgraduate innovative education.
