摘　　要：本文在对沿海高新技术产业发展特征、成就进行概括、总结的基础上，深刻论述了适应知识经济要求的沿海高新技术产业三结合发展策略，对沿海在现有高新技术基础之上低成本，高效益发展知识经济，意义十分重大。On the basis of summarizing the development characteristic and achievement of hi-tech industry in coastal areas, the paper expounds the three-combination deveolpment strategy of hi- tech industry in coastal areas, which adapts the knowledge economy. It has great significance to develop knowledge economy with lower cost and higher benefit based on the present hi-tech level in coastal areas.
