摘　　要：用认知心理学的观点对中医“五神藏”理论进行诠释 ,构建中医认知理论模型 ,并用这个模型对精神科两大疾病精神分裂症和情感性精神障碍进行辨证论治。以期提高中医精神活动理论概念界定的明确性、细致性、可操作性 ,解决精神疾病临床中按躯体症状辨证时往往无证可辨的困难 。The authors of this paper understand and explain the TCM doctrine of five organs of mentality with the help of cognitive psychological theories, and have initiated a TCM cognitive theoretical frame within which schizophrenia and affective psychopathy can be diagnosed and treated by TCM differentiation methods.
