摘  要:目的 :探讨刺梨汁的抗动脉粥样硬化机制。 方法 :在刺梨汁参与下 ,氧化的极低密度脂蛋白 (Ox- VL DL)与小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞孵育一段时间 ,通过测定细胞胆固醇含量和观察细胞形态改变 ,分析刺梨汁对 Ox- VL DL 促泡沫细胞形成的影响。 结果 :较低浓度的刺梨汁能明显抑制 Ox- VL DL 对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞胆固醇酯的堆积 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,并呈浓度依赖性。刺梨汁浓度为 2 μl/m l和 4μl/ml时 ,Ox- VL DL 堆积的细胞胆固醇酯含量分别被抑制了 5 9.8%和 90 .1%。形态学观察显示 ,经刺梨汁处理的巨噬细胞猩红阳性染色显著减少。 结论 :刺梨汁通过抑制Ox- VL DL 的促泡沫细胞形成来实现其抗动脉硬化的功能。Objectives: To investigate the mechanism of atherosclerosis prevention by rosa roxburghii tratt juice.  Methods: Murine peritoneal macrophages were incubated in vitro with oxidized very low density lipoprotein (Ox-VLDL) in the presence of RRTJ for a period of time. Foamy cells formation were evaluated by determining cellular cholesterol contents by enzymatic fluorometry and morphological observation.  Results: Rosa roxburghii tratt juice inhibited Ox-VLDL-induced cholesteryl ester accumulation significantly in murine peritoneal macrophages in a concentration-dependent pattern (P<0.001).Increasing the concentration of Rosa roxburghii tratt juice from 2 μl/ml to 4 μl/ml inhibited cellular cholesteryl ester contents by 59.8% and 90.1%. Morphologically, after exposure to rosa roxburghii tratt juice, the number of scarlet red -positive macrophages decreased significantly.  Conclusions: The antiatherogenic effect of rosa roxburghii tratt juice is largely due to its ability to inhibit the formation of foamy cells induced by Ox-VLDL.
