摘 要:目的了解淮安地区中小学营养状况,并与南京地区同龄学生进行比较,探讨影响学生营养状况的因素。方法对淮安市楚州区2211名、南京市1280名中小学生进行身高、体重及血红蛋白含量的测定,使用体质指数和Rohrer指数评价营养状况,采用WHO的方法和标准筛查贫血。结果淮安地区中小学生超重率、肥胖率、营养不良率和贫血率分别为9.8%、3.6%、17.6%和25.3%;南京地区四年级和初中二年级学生的平均超重率、肥胖率、营养不良率和贫血率分别为13.8%、8.4%、23.2%和22.4%。结论淮安及南京地区中小学生身高和体重普遍低于江苏省平均水平。Objective To study the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Huai'an and Nanjing. To discuss the factors which affect the nutritional status of students and provide evidence for intervention among them. Methods Height, weight and hemoglobin indexes were measured among 2111 students in Huai'an and 1280 students in Nanjing. The body mass index and Rohrer index were used to assess the status of nutrition. WHO measures and standards were introduced to screen for the anemia ones. Results The prevalence rates of obesity, overweight, malnutrition and anemia were 9.8%, 3.6%, 17.6% and 25.3% respectively; while the prevalence rates of obesity, overweight, malnutrition and anemia were 13.8%, 8.4%, 23.2% and 22.4% in Nanjing. Conclusion The height and weight of the students in Huaian were lower than the Jiangsu average levels of the students in Huai'an.
