摘 要:学习型组织理论内蕴的精神要素启示我们:《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学应充盈生命关怀、贯穿整体思维、渗透真正学习、注重持续创新。在教学实践中需要实现五个转变,即由简单封闭的教学思路向整体开放的教学思路转变,由既定结论的灌输向意义人生的建构转变,由"以教师为中心"向"以学生为中心"转变,由"教师要求学"向"学生要求学"转变,由教师单向教学向师生双向互动转变。The intrinsic spiritual elements of learning organization theory give us inspiration that the teaching of 'the Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Fundamentals of Law' should be full of care of life,prong the whole thinking,infiltrate the real learning and pay attention to continuous innovation.The teaching practice need to achieve the five transitions: from the simple close idea of teaching to the whole opening up,from the infusing of the vested conclusions to the construction of the significative life,from the 'teacher-centered' to the 'student-centered',from 'teacher requesting the students to learn' to 'the students requiring to study' and from teachers,one-way teaching to two-way interactive teaching between students and teachers.
