摘  要:应用复合三线摆法测得了某轿车动力总成的相关参数,对动力总成的激振源进行了分析。在ADAMS动力学仿真软件条件下建立了动力总成悬置系统的动力学仿真模型,对悬置系统进行了模态分析,结果表明该系统存在耦合现象,阻尼相比刚度对悬置系统影响小;对怠速工况下悬置元件上受力和位移情况进行时域和频域分析,发现该悬置系统中前悬置是主要的振动传递路径;解释了曲线波动原因,指出Z向是振动控制的主要方向,Z向存在变形位移不一致,说明悬置系统在作Z方向的自由振动的同时,还在参与绕X和Y方向的角振动,指出在下一步改进设计中,应该降低系统振动的耦合程度。Correlative parameters of a certain car's powertrain are obtained through a complex three-wire pendulum,analysis the excitation source of powertrain.Establishment of a powertrain mounting system of dynamic simulation model of a mounting system for modal analysis in the ADAMS,the results showed that the coupling system,compared to the stiffness of the suspension damping system less affected;Idling on the conditions on suspension components and displacement by the situation in time and frequency domain analysis,found that the mounting system before mounting a major vibration transmission path;Explained the reasons for fluctuations in the curve,pointing out that Z is to control the vibration the main direction,Z to the existence of different deformation on mounting system in the Z direction for the free vibration is also involved in around the X and Y direction of the angle of vibration,that the next step to improve the design of the system should be to reduce vibration coupling the degree.
