摘　　要：近年来,澳大利亚的职前教师教育经历了由传统的以大学为基地的培养模式向伙伴合作模式的转型。伙伴合作教师教育模式建立的背景,伙伴合作教师教育的主要模式和特点、以及成效和问题是了解澳大利亚职前教师教育改革的有效途径。In recent years,initial teacher education in Australia has transformed from the traditional University-based teacher education to University-school Partnerships.Firstly,this paper attempts to introduce the contexts of partnerships in teacher education in Australia,and then presents the main models and characteristics of partnerships.Finally,an analysis of effects and problems of partnerships is provided in order to make further understanding of the current situation of initial teacher education reforms in Australia and gain some experiences.
