摘　　要：高职高专教育如何发挥学制短、应用性强等不同于本科教育的特色,培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线所需的高等应用性人才, 结合学校实际,经多年研究实践作者提出了高职高专产学研结合人才培养模式的基本思路、理论依据、实践效果及必须重视的若干问题。In Higher Professional and College Education, how to utilize the short length of schooling, practice and application stronger rather than undergraduate course's education, how to bring up the talents who are needed in the front line in production and social service, the article narrated about the question, and it related the study and practice for years about the basic thinking, on the basis of theory and practical effect of the three united talents brought up and teaching reformed model in Higher Professional and College Education as well as a few problems that should be paid attention to.
