摘　　要：ISO9000是国际质量标准化组织公布的质量管理和质量保证系列标准,在我国的企业界推行多年,而在教育界也可以推 行,并且有必要推行。文章设计了监控的组织体系框图,分析了监控客体的要素,列出主要程序文件和实施的两种方式。ISO 9000 includes a series of standards in quality control and quality guarantee issued by ISO. It was put into effect in domestic enterprises several years ago. And it is possible and necessary to put into effect in the field of education. In the article, a monitoring and controlling structure is designed, key factors of monitoring and controlling object, main program files and two major projects are listed.
