摘　　要：文章列出当前高职院校教育存在的主要问题,阐述高职教育与IT认证相结合教育发展的正确定位,构建以就业为导向的学生职业核心能力体系;学校、行业、企业多方合作,引入行业、企业认证,走产学结合的人才培养模式,把学生培养成为高素质的技术应用型人才。The article makes a list of major problems in present higher vocational education,elaborates the proper positioning of combining higher vocational education with IT certification and establishes a system of training student's professional capacity guided by the employment.The school,industry and enterprise ought to cooperate in many aspects,introduce the industry or enterprise certification and adopt the mode of training talent through the integration of production and education,thus train student to become the technical personnel of high-quality.
