摘　　要：通过物理、化学、生理生化实验等微生物学实验研究致蚕蛹蛋白变质细菌并对其进行鉴定,旨在为继续探索有关蚕蛹蛋白防腐保鲜等问题的研究提供基础实验数据资料。This experiment is the germ that passes some simple microbiology of physics,chemistry,the physiology bio-chemical experiment...etc.an experiment to study to cause the chrysalis of silkworm egg white change in character to combine as to it's carry on authenticate,the aim is providing the foundation experiment data for the research that continues to investigate the relevant chrysalis of silkworm egg white antisepsis to protect a fresh etc.problem.
