摘　　要：创新是人人皆有的一种潜在心理能力,创造力要靠教育培养和实践来挖掘。创新精神的形成既是整个创新教育的最高目标,又是推动个体终身从事创造性活动的强大而持久的动力。我们在实施创新教育时,既要努力发展学生的创新性素质,又要充分开发每个学生的创新潜能,努力使其成为创造型人才,进而提高整个中华民族创新素质和创造能力。The innovation is one kind of latent psychological ability that everybody has,the creativity must depend on the education to rise and to practice excavates.The formation of innovation spirit is not only the highest goal of the entire innovation education,but also impels the individual to be engaged in the creative activity lifelong.When we implement innovation education,We must both develop all the students' innovational quality,and develop fully each student's innovation ON potential,so that they can become creative persons,thus enhancing the innovational quality and creation ability of the entire Chinese nationality.
