摘　　要：在分析沙洲职业工学院办学特色的基础上,总结了该院产学研结合的模式和运行机制。通过剖析目前产学研结合方面的各种问题,系统阐述了沙洲职业工学院在产学研合作教育和产学研科技合作过程中形成的四大创新点。The school-running characteristics of Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology(S.I.T.) are analysed first,model and running mechanism of a combination of industry,education and scientific research in the college are concluded.Many cases about the combination of industry,education and scientific research are studied and then four great innovations in the process of combining the industry,learning and scientific research with education and combining the industry,learning and scientific research with science and technology in the college are elaborated.
